• Recruitment & Matching: Matching candidates and bench specialists with verified job vacancies based on technical skill sets, experience, and compensation requirements.
• Authentication & Fraud Prevention: Delivering one-time password (OTP) verification codes to authenticated emails and mobile numbers to prevent account impersonation.
• ATS Pipeline Coordination: Enabling authorized hiring managers to review job applications, schedule interview evaluations, and communicate hiring decisions.
• C2C Submissions & Protection: Allowing registered staffing agencies to present verified talent to direct employers while shielding sensitive direct contact information.
• Legal Compliance: Complying with tax reporting (GST/TDS), labor guidelines, regulatory obligations, and preventing unauthorized scraping or cyber attacks.

IT Connect is designed with privacy-first default configurations to safeguard candidate sovereignty and agency representation:

Direct candidates who choose to mark their profiles as “Open to Work” make their skills, summary, and experience discoverable to registered, verified hiring teams on IT Connect. Direct contact channels are disclosed only upon explicit application submission or reciprocal interview interest.

We do NOT sell, barter, or trade personal data. We disclose information strictly in the scenarios listed below:

• Verified Employers: When a candidate or agency applies to an active job opening, relevant application materials (resume, credentials, contact details) are made available to that employer's verified recruiters.
• Infrastructure & Service Providers: Trusted cloud infrastructure hosting (database systems, transactional email dispatchers, SMS OTP gateways) operating under strict data processing agreements and enterprise confidentiality obligations.
• Legal Compulsion: If required by applicable court order, law enforcement inquiry, statutory regulation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users.

We retain personal information for the period necessary to deliver recruitment services, maintain verifiable ATS application histories for employers, and satisfy statutory tax and dispute requirements.

Users may at any time request the permanent deletion or de-indexing of their profile and associated application documents by reaching out to our privacy desk at contact@itconnect.in. Deletion requests are processed within thirty (30) business days following identity verification.
