Terms of Service

By accessing, registering with, or utilizing the IT Connect Recruitment Platform (“Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “us”), you (“User”, “Employer”, “Candidate”, “Agency”) enter into a legally binding agreement governed by these Terms of Service.

You affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act 1872, and authorized to represent any legal entity on whose behalf you register. If you disagree with any portion of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

The Platform provides specialized workflows tailored to four primary stakeholder categories. Each role carries specific binding commitments:

Users must not engage in any of the following unauthorized activities:

• Automated Data Harvesting: Scraping, spidering, or crawling candidate profiles, recruiter listings, or employer rosters without prior written authorization.
• Commercial Contact Poaching: Using candidate contact details harvested via the Platform to solicit individuals for competing agencies, multi-level marketing, or unrelated sales pitches.
• Credential Sharing: Sharing account logins or OTP verification tokens with third parties outside your authorized organizational recruiting team.
• False Representation: Claiming agency representation over consultants who have not consented to bench listing or C2C subcontracting.
• Interference with Security: Attempting to probe, scan, or breach system vulnerabilities or bypass rate-limiting controls.

IT Connect is free for candidates to register, create profiles, and apply directly to vacancies. Employers and staffing agencies access subscription tiers, premium ATS features, or customized placement agreements subject to formal written statements of work (SOW) or digital subscription orders.

For Corp-to-Corp (C2C) placements, commercial margins, bill rates, and payment cycles are governed by our Master C2C Staffing Agreement. All invoices are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) under Indian statutory law.

Users retain intellectual property rights to resumes, portfolios, company logos, and job descriptions uploaded to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant IT Connect a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, format, watermark, and transmit such materials solely for recruitment purposes.

The IT Connect brand, logo, software code, UI designs, matching algorithms, and automated resume generator templates remain the exclusive intellectual property of IT Connect.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IT Connect shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from user conduct, missed interviews, hiring decisions, or service interruptions.

IT Connect reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraudulent job postings, identity forgery, non-payment, or harassment.

Users subjected to account suspension may submit an appeal to contact@itconnect.in within fourteen (14) calendar days, providing supporting documentation.

These Terms shall be construed, interpreted, and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any claim, dispute, or difference arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall endeavor to resolve the dispute through amicable discussion.

Any dispute not settled amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Thane / Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
